Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer – Web & Digital to design intuitive, engaging and responsive websites and digital experiences. The candidate will work closely with developers, SEO, content and marketing teams to create designs that are visually appealing, user-friendly and focused on business goals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, UI/UX Design, Fine Arts, Communication Design or a related field.

Relevant certification in UI/UX or Web Design will be an advantage.

Candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant practical experience may also be considered.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX, web design or digital design.
  • Experience designing responsive websites and landing pages.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Experience working with WordPress, Elementor or other website/CMS platforms will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles will be preferred.
  • Experience working with developers and understanding design-to-development workflows.
  • Experience designing websites for different industries and business requirements will be an advantage.
  • Agency experience or experience handling multiple client projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design website layouts, landing pages and digital interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Develop designs using Figma or similar design tools.
  • Create responsive and user-friendly website experiences.
  • Work on website navigation, information structure and overall usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Work with SEO and content teams to ensure designs support search visibility and user engagement.
  • Design landing pages with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
  • Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, components and visual elements.
  • Review existing websites and suggest UI/UX improvements.
  • Conduct basic competitor and design research to identify current web design trends.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams.

  • Hands-on proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.

  • Ability to translate business and client requirements into practical design solutions.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website development workflows.
  • Creativity along with strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn, experiment and stay updated with modern web design trends and best practices.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing website/UI/UX work will be preferred.
